Q : Is there a minimum hour per Maid visit required?
A : Yes, there is a minimum of 2 hrs and 4 hrs, depending on the Location.

Q : Is my Maid employed by Maid Shop?
A : Yes, all of our Maids are employed by Maid Shop.

Q : Do I have to be at home when my Maid visits?
A : Not necessary, you can authorize us with your key if you wish or please let us know where to get and return your villa or apartment key after the service. You may also leave instructions inside your apartment or email them to us

Q : Do I have to provide the cleaning products and equipment?
A : The client should provide required cleaning products and equipment (Hoover, Mop, Broom, etc.,).however, on request we can provide materials, but it’s charged.

Q : Will I have the same Maid on every visit?
A : Yes, if you setup your regular weekly schedule with us, we can arrange to send the same maid for every visit.

Q : Can I cancel my maid service temporary?
A : Yes, The Client can cancel or reschedule the scheduled service by giving us at least a 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide us with the needed notice will result with fees of up to 50% charge of the total hours booked.

Q : Can you provide specific Maid service I require which is not listed?
A : Please contact us with your request; we will try to meet your requirements.

Q : What is your service timing?
A : We work 6 days a week, from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM except on Fridays, but in exceptional case we can provide service on Fridays and after duty timings also, but Charges are different.

Q : What happens when a maid break something? What are your Terms &Conditions?
A : We are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home/facility that requires this type of attention or about any valuable items which requires special care. The maids will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the house as a result of our cleaning service, the client must notify us within 24hours after service or the client will be denied compensation. By using our service you agree that our liability to you for any reason whatsoever, and for any damages direct, consequential or otherwise shall be limited to 1000AED per customer.
